<u>Timeline (September 2024)</u>: The conference will be opened on the 26th at 18:00, by a public lecture by Loïc Blondiaux (Paris) and a roundtable in French. The academic part (in English) will start on the 27th at 9:00 and will end on the 28th at 14:00.

 A dedicated poster session is scheduled to take place in the early afternoon of the 27th.</div>
